Community Wins Lottery Ltd operates the lottery on behalf of its parent charity, Foundation For Good (Registered Charity No. 1193644). All net proceeds are used to support charitable and community activities.
2. Eligibility

The lottery is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

Employees, directors, trustees, or contractors directly involved in the administration of the lottery may not enter.

Proof of age may be required at any time.

Entries received from anyone under the age of 18 will be void and any prizes forfeited.
3. How to Enter

Tickets can be purchased online via the Community Wins Lottery website or authorised sales platforms.

Each ticket costs are in tiered levels, payable in advance.

Entries must be received before the 28th of each month to be included in the relevant draw.

No refunds are available once a ticket has been purchased.
4. Draw Frequency

Lottery draws take place monthly.

Draw dates will be published on the Community Wins Lottery website.

If a scheduled draw cannot take place for any reason, it will be rearranged as soon as reasonably practicable.
5. Prizes

Prize details, including prize values and the number of winners, will be clearly advertised before each draw.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected at random using a fair and transparent draw process.

The draw will be conducted under appropriate supervision to ensure fairness and integrity.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification & Publication

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.

Winners must respond within 21 days to claim their prize.

With the winner’s consent, names and/or prize details may be published on the Community Wins Lottery website or social media channels.
8. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is not claimed within 21 days, the promoter reserves the right to:

Reallocate the prize to the charity, or
-
Carry the prize forward into a future draw.

9. Use of Proceeds

At least 30% or more of proceeds will be applied directly to charitable purposes.

After operating costs and prizes, all remaining surplus will be transferred to Foundation For Good to support its charitable activities.

Full financial transparency is maintained through separate subsidiary accounts and reporting.
10. Responsible Gambling

Community Wins Lottery promotes responsible participation.

The lottery is intended for entertainment purposes only.

Participants may self-exclude or request account closure at any time.

Support organisations such as GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) are signposted for anyone who may need help.
11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Complaints

13. Changes to the Rules

14. Governing Law
